Christmas spirit and mood at pedestrian zone with children and bicycles or between double parked cars?

Christmas mood at pedestrian zone of Riga Feraiou with the municipal band playing carols. 

On the other hand you got traffic jammed city center with cars and bikes parked everywhere..

And the municipal band playing among illegally parked bikes on pavement..

Christmas traffic jam since walking with family is not relaxing for holidays..
